Predictions

Problem

Evan and Jessie, two siblings, have a contest to see who can make $100 first by selling lemonade! They also cheat to get $100! One thing Jessie does is to put bugs in her brother's lemonade to spoil it. One thing Evan does to cheat is to have his friends bring over lemonade for him to sell rather than making it himself. SJ
The problem in the story is that Evan doesn’t like Jessie anymore because she skipped a grade, and ended up in his class for fourth grade. He’s really angry about that because he thinks that everyone will make fun of him because his little sister is smarter than him. KM

Resolution

Evan and Jessie made up by making a lemonade stand together.SJ

Evan and Jessie make up and they end up with the same amount of money. KM

Theme

The theme was to entertain you and to teach you about getting along with other people. Evan and Jessie made up at the end of the story. SJ
